My story all started when I was at my internship, and I watched one of the graphic design artist get the logo he created rejected. He spent a couple of more hours on it and he got rejected again, and he repeated this process. It took him two weeks of designing the logo and communicating with the client before the client was pleased with the work he had done. It killed me to see him waste all of his time and energy on one logo, so I decided to search for a formula to create a perfect business logo. During my hunt for the perfect business logo, I did extensive research, created detailed annotated bibliographies, conducted an interview, and did some first hand experiments.
I know that business logos all need to be different because if logos are too similar then people will think of other businesses and not the one the logo is targeted towards. I know that all logos need to be unique and original. Logos need to be as simple as possible and have good colors. A business’s logo needs to have some kind of representation of the business. I also know that the client is always right so I need to keep them happy.

Get to know your client and their business because this is the most important step to creating the perfect business logo. You need to understand the company before you can actually start on the design.
Try to use a visual double entendre. Turning two pictures into one will make the logo more interesting and it will give the viewer a better understanding of the company.
Use all of the negative space you can because it can turn a very dull logo into a superb one and it is a good way to convey a lot in such little space.
Stay simple, if there is a lot going on then the viewer will not know what they are looking at.
BE UNIQUE, make sure your design is original so everyone will know what company the logo stands for.
